I Transfer the NG+7 Stats to the First playthrough as if it were hard enough I Tweaked it to even more harder.
I also tweaked NG+1>7 Increasing the value , The more you Journey you play the more harder it gets.
This is just a Preview:

--Disabled the souls multiplier , so you get souls like it was in first playthrough. it will not increased unless with certain ring.
--Reduced the Poise Damage so enemies will likely be Stand Tall even if you hit them hard.
  and Many more....Just Taste It For yourself.

-+Very Highly Chance you get One-Shoted so i Increase Base Stats of all class and change the level to 1 ( e.g Dex is 12 , i increased it to 24).
++Change the Burial Gift of Life Ring to Ring of Favor +3.
++I Included the No Weight on All and No Stamina Cost on Weapon Skill.
+-I also Included the OP Life Ring but you'll need to buy it from shrine-hand maiden after you get the DreamChaser's Ash.
  That's all the Advantage you can get , The rest is pain.

Installation Instruction:
--Just put the Data0.bdt to your "Game" Directory.
--(Optional) I have Edited the Save and Quit message , for this you'll need mod engine 2 and put the "msg" folder to "mod" folder.
