About this mod

There is no image or video that can show just how horrendous the aliasing and shimmering in this game can be. But if you played this game, you know! You know how bad it is.
This mod aims to fix this for good, thanks to rehsade, this is not an exaggeration.
No more aliasing, no more jagged edges, no more shimmering

INSTALLATION:
1- Download ONE of the two presets only
2- Unzip next to your game exe
3- Launch the game.

(Preferably offline, Although this is just a reshade preset, play online at your own risk)

IN GAME OPTIONS :
Turn motion blur OFF. Depth of field OFF. AntiAliasing OFF
(antialiasing off, the new reshade preset includes fxaa already)

This was optimized for 1080p! running at a smooth 60fps for about 50-70% Gpu
usage on average (1080ti). You can try 1440p but expect a hefty performance price

SPECIAL THANKS TO JakobPCoder for making his incredible TFAA shader and Motion Vectors Shader
thanks also to Martymcmodding for his Motion Vectors shader and his qUINT pack of shaders, which I'm making use of extensively here

VIDEO SHOW CASE : watch in 4K

OPTIONAL TWEAKS YOU COULD DO
Home button to bring up the reshade menu!
If you want to tweak the options, Turn OFF performence mod, when done, turning it back ON
DO NOT CHANGE THE ORDER OF THE EFFECTS, KEEP THEM AS THEY ARE (Smaa>Motion vectors>tfaa>gaussianblur)
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING
Save for 2 settings:
1- under GaussianBlurCS.fx : Strength : default at 0.286, you can turn it down to 0.160 (especially if you play on 1080p) but I wouldn't go below that, otherwise the shimmering is going to show up again
2- under qUINT_motionvectors.fx → PreprocessorDefinitions → PRE_BLOCK_SIZE_2_TO_7 : THIS IS THE MAIN PERFORMANCE HOG. Accepts values from 2 to 7, 2 looks the worst but is the lighest on performance, while 7 is the most beautiful looking, but absolutely destroys performance
the rule of thumb is...  try it yourself! I find that 5 at 1080p looks gorgeous, at 1440p I would go with 4, at 4k, probably 2 at half resolution (instead of full resolution) Don't forget to press ENTER to validate your setting
