Metal Gear reskins arrive in Dark Souls 3!
After playing myself with the great Raiden mod from Drop0ff for Dark Souls Remastered, I wanted to continue playing with him also in Dark Souls 3, so here it is my Raiden reskin for the Knight Set and the HF Blade reskin for the Uchigatana!
What is it?
This is a simple replacement of the Knight set and the Uchigatana with modified meshes. It works both with UXM and ModEngine.

What is it?
This is a simple replacement of the Knight set and the Uchigatana with modified meshes. It works both with UXM and ModEngine.
In the mod pack you'll find three folders:
- HFBlade: It replaces the Uchigatana with the HFBlade from Metal Gear Rising. The scabbard is now invisible both when it should be on the side and when it should be on the katana during the Weapon Art.
- Visor and Scabbard Off: this folder contains the files to replace the entire set with Raiden from MGR without Visor and Scabbard.
- Visor and Scabbard On: this folder contains the files to replace the entire set with Raiden from MGR with Visor and Scabbard.
How to Install
ModEngine:
- Choose the files you prefer, leave them in the parts folder.
- If you don't have it, make a mod folder in your Dark Souls 3 game folder.
- Copy the parts folders you want in the mod folder.
UXM:
- Choose the files you prefer, leave them in the parts folder.
- Simply copy the parts folders selected in the Dark Souls 3 game folder.
Mix and Match
- The visor visibility is controlled by the "hd_m_1950.partsbnd" file, the scabbard visibility by the "am_m_1950.partsbnd" file. For example, if you want to use scabbard but have the visor off, copy all the files from the "Visor and Scabbard Off" folder, and replace the "am_m_1950.partsbnd" with the one in the "Visor and Scabbard On" folder.
- If you want to reskin another armor set, the quickest way to do it yourself is simply renaming the 1950 ID from the files to the id of the set you prefer. You can find all the sets IDs here
