Cinders:
Extract the Cinders port found in files tab

Take the Cinders folder and put it into your game folder

Launch the game

Convergence:

Extract the Convergence port found here:
Dark Souls 3 Co-Op Overhaul - Convergence Port at Dark Souls 3 Nexus - Mods and Community

Then take the files in there and move them into your convergence mod folder

Launch the game
