If you're like me and you've got hundreds of hours logged in Dark Souls 2, you might start to feel like you've heard the default Majula music one too many times. Don't get me wrong; the theme to Majula is my favorite piece of music in the game, if not the entire trilogy. It does an amazing job of capturing that feeling of loneliness and despair that has devoured the lands of Drangleic. Well, in trying to figure out a good replacement tune that reflected that same feeling of melancholy, I couldn't think of a better piece of music than the Bunker theme from Nier: Automata.
Installation: 1. Navigate to your Dark Souls II sound folder. The directory path should be something like: \Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game\sound.
2. Locate the file named frpg2_sm1004.fsb and make a backup copy of it.
3. Extract the file from the downloaded archive to the above sound directory, overwriting if need be.
4. That's it. Start the game like normal and your should hear new music in Majula. I'm not sure but I think the cat likes it!
