This is a conversion I did of the original Sunlight Parma Retex mod by ToadR. Use this mod if you're trying to mod Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin Edition otherwise use his. Don't forget to leave an endorsement on the original mod page.

Installation
Dump all files into iGP11's tex_override folder.
