This mule is safe and should not get you banned. Multiple people have been testing it over the last week.

Features:
-All weapons, most with multiple infusions
-All shields, bows catalysts
-All armorsets
-All rings
-All spells
-All consumables including extras in storage
-enough souls to reach sl 200 (sl 150 recommended for arenas due to sl matchmaking)
-All spells spiced down to base requirements
-All bonfires unlocked
-All important keys included
-Almost all shortcuts and locked doors opened (some iron keep shortcuts are closed to make ganking easier)
-Pre-character creation, you can customize your character.
