It's only Scholar of the First Sin (2015) version game.

This mod do graphic some look like on E3 2013.
This not ideal settings, of course... I think it's never will be ideal.

Playing 4K graphic mod can work uncorrect. I don't have 4K, so I can't make settings for 4K

Install:

All files put in folder with game - Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game

Uninstall:

Delete all files of the mod

Use:

Play offline, or u'll get softban...
Set zero brightness in game settings

If the mod doesn't work... Try to rename dxgi files to d3d11.
