You need GeDoSaTo to replace the textures.
put the loose dds. files in the; "GeDoSaTo\textures\DarkSoulsII\Override" folder
You can choose not to have the cheesy looking cape-things, just remove the "_NO_CAPE" from the file name and ovewrite the other one.
