Changes the default button prompts to a uniform theme that better fits the Dark Souls II UI theme, instead of the ugly colors.

To install:

- Install and enable GeDoSaTo (http://blog.metaclassofnil.com/)
- Copy and merge the "DarkSoulsII" folder from the download to .../GeDoSaTo/textures (or just use NMM).
- Make sure to enable texture override in GeDoSaTo.ini
