If you have a Xbox One Controller, this is the right UI mod for you.
It changes all buttons to those of the new controller.
I had some problems with the trigger buttons (RT, LT, RB, LB), because I had no proper looking source. So I took the ones from iGooseman, who created Xbox 360 Alternative Icons DS2 and made them black.
You'll need GeDoSaTo (Get it here) to use this mod.
