For SOTFS Ver1.03, you might still get "BANNED". Although we don't change anything but who knows. Best to play in offline mode.

This mod is based on Scholar Of The First Sin version 1.02 and 1.03. The only thing it fix is the "Double Click Disable's Setting" not loaded correctly after relaunch. It works by manipulating some specific memory addresses to let the game thinks we're doing single click. So if this mod is applied, even if you "OFF" disable double click option, it still "ON" in game.

A simple thing but annoying in every game launch, or, easy to forget then, figured out then, blame ourselves.

Version 1.2.0: supports SOTFS Ver1.03 and SOTFS Ver1.02, and may be other version as well (I'm not tested)
Version 1.0.0: supports SOTFS Ver1.02 (legacy method)

!!! Important !!!
Make sure Windows "Memory address randomization (ASLR)" is disabled! Otherwise this mod will never work!.
To disable it, follow these steps (on Windows 10, Windows 11 might have the same steps):
1. Open Windows Security
2. Enter "App & Browser control"
3. Exploit Protection -> Exploit protection settings
4. System Settings (Or for advanced user, Program Settings)
5. Look for "Randomize memory allocations (ASLR)", select "Off by default"
6. Restart your computer

!!! Notes !!!
If you find disable "Memory address randomization (ASLR)" too concerning, please try out "Program settings" method which only disable that security feature on Dark Souls II.

Install:
- Extract dinput8.dll file to "Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game".
- Run game.
Uninstall:
- Remove dinput8.dll.
