I made it with WitchyBND - File unpacker and serializer(https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls2/mods/1192).
A small mod, or cheat you may say, to Instantly boost your stamina back to full.
You can't swing your weapon for an enternity, but another small break and you're back again.
I'm no expert modder, so given to that I haven't fully tested it in all circumstances yet, there might be bug.
How to do it:
1. Use the tool WitchyBND I've mentioned above, drag your ChrParam.param file into WitchyBND.exe to unpack it.
2. Use any txt editor to open the xml file you've just exported, search for stat_stamina_regen, and change the default value that followed to whatever you like, if you add to many 0 behind and your stamina will always back to full immediately. After you've done editing, save it.
3. Drag the xml you've just edited back into WitchyBND.exe, and WitchyBND will automatically repack it for you, make sure the edited param file is exactly where it should be, and it's done.
