Uploading this save, so others can make use of it. On my original save Lucatiel disappeared and I couldn't get the achievement. Also didn't find other save that could help me with it, so I downloaded this one hoping it can be useful, did Lucatiel's quest and decided to share it. The save is not mine, I found it on another site which I linked.

Save taken from the link below, I had to play through some bosses to advance Lucatiel Quest. All you need to do is load the save and talk to Lucatiel.

How to install:
Make sure to read the steps below!
For me it works just by placing the file by copying and pasting in the save folder C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsII\[NUMBER].
But with other saves I have tried I had to use the method below. So use that in case this one doesn't work.
1. Open your saves folder at C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsII\[NUMBER].
2. Backup your save file, but do not overwrite the save yet.
3. Open Dark Souls II SOTFS and click on "Continue" without selecting a character.
4. At this point you overwrite the save file and then try to load a character.
5. The process will fail, so now start a new game and quit to main menu after the intro.
6. Click "Continue" again and select the newly appeared "muxajiu4" Level 202 character.
10. Now in game just talk to Lucatiel exhausting her dialogue and you will get the achievement.
