Different sets of interface icons (buttons, weapon effects, status effects and so on) in HD (1024p).

New HD (double resolution) sets of interface icons. No upsampling/filters, everything made from scratch.
I start to make this modification because I do not like original blurry interface icons. And the fact they made only for X-Box controller.
v0.7 - Now supported 3 gamepads: X-Box, PS and Logitech. Each of them with 3 types of icons.
v0.6 – 2 textures “Default” (X-Box buttons and weapon effects icons) similar to vanilla. And "Play Station" texture (PS-style buttons, weapon effects same as "default").
v0.5 - Initial release.
Planned for next version: character status icons.

Installation: Choose icons variant that suits you. Copy [40fbc4ad.png] from corresponding folder
to [\Dark Souls\dsfix\tex_override]. Make sure [enableTextureOverride] in DSfix.ini set to [1].

Uninstallation: remove 40fbc4ad.png from [\Dark Souls\dsfix\tex_override] folder.
