Currently supports Prepare to Die Edition only! Remastered version will come eventually!
This mod is an OFFLINE experience! Don’t try it online, it will break your game if you do!
I’d also recommend backing up your vanilla saves and making new saves to use for this mod only!
Features:
- 36 brand-new weapons and 3 new armor sets, all with their own stats, requirements, scaling, and semi-unique movesets!
- 7 weapons that were previously seen in the hands of enemies, but never obtainable, are now obtainable!
- 6 weapons cut from the game and buried in the files are now unburied and (drum roll) uncut!
- 4 new boss weapons are now dropped by the four Lord Soul bearers. One of these was cut like the aforementioned 6, but the rest were made by me using in-game assets!
- 7 weapons making special appearances from Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, and Bloodborne, but I can guarantee they aren’t what you’re expecting! Remember the theme of this mod.
- 2 weapons made by modifying existing weapon models. I made these for Blender practice and liked how they turned out so here they are!
- 6 weapons from completely different games, which hopefully fit in the world of Dark Souls! This was when I started getting carried away.
- 2 sets of armor, lifted from the files just like the weapons!
- Absolutely NO secret weapons or armor sets!
- Many rare weapon and armor drops are now also sold by the various merchants of Lordran for easier, less-tedious access! This mod celebrates all weapons of Dark Souls, not just the cut ones.
I believe this mod is best experienced with no prior knowledge of the weapons or where they are, so you can explore Lordran as thoroughly as possible and be surprised by what you find. If you disagree, however, and just want to try the new stuff as quickly as possible, the download folder includes a text file detailing where everything can be found. It also includes some insights I have for each weapon. Only read it if you don’t mind being spoiled!
90% of these new items have placeholder icons, so when you’re looking for new stuff, focus on the NAMES! I would like to add custom icons eventually, but icon making is beyond me at the moment. If I do make them, I want them to look good.
