Changes covenant item pickups to allow ranking them up offline without much farming

Very simple mod that changes 3 item pickup amounts to allow their covenants to be ranked up offline with only a small amount of farming.
Changes Black Hydra drop from 2 dragon scales to 71 (for Path of the Dragon)
Changes Snuggly Pendant trade from 1 souvenir of reprisal to 78 (for Blade of the Dark Moon)
Changes Tomb of the Giants eyes of death pickup from 3 to 73 (for Gravelord Servant)
Install by unpacking game data with UXM, then copying over the param folder.
Might work with Remastered, don't know, haven't tested it.
