Originally made by TheBass for texture override, this is a version I've put together which allows the texture to be seen on phantoms, and it performs much better than texture override.

This is not a texture override. You must use UnpackDarkSoulsForModding on your PTDE install in order for these parts to work. This is a model replacement, so a texture replacement would never work. I've also downsized the low poly textures to improve performance, so these textures will perform better than texture override, and they will perform identically to vanilla textures.
To install, simply drop the modded partsbnd files into your Parts folder (Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA\parts), and replace the originals. I've included the original Hollow Soldier Waistcloth partsbnd files in case you don't end up liking it and want to revert back to the original. HOT TIP: you can swap partsbnd files while the game is still open. Simply unequip/re-equip the weapon to compare the difference.
