A complete new vision of the Dark Souls UI, inspired by the amazing Inferno Plus mod that has reinvigorated the original game for a lot of players. Clear and (mostly) easy to understand late 1990s - early 2000s aesthetically styled icons, with NES era style symbolism ..Unless it leans more into old PC games.

A complete new vision of the Dark Souls UI, inspired by the amazing Inferno Plus mod that has reinvigorated the original game for a lot of players. This obviously leans on the idea of "otherworldly" technology entering the land, and plays with a semi monochromatic holographic blue esthetic. YES, it is indeed supposed to remind you of an early 2000's sci-fi shooter on the original Xbox, that was the intention anyways
The character status Icon is from the cover of Slayer - Seasons in the abyss, originally painted by legendary recluse artist Larry Carroll. The Cross Icon is from the opening screen of Castlevania III Dracula's Curse. The hooded skull is the Crimson Ghost , which is the mascot for The Misfits
