   Does not seem to download, always says "Incomplete", and "Cannot Be Downloaded." I have tried both manual and NMM download, guess it just dosent work for me.

   CAnt seem to get this to work? I moved it into the tex_override folder, but the fire didnt change? also I wasnt able to install it with NMM not sure if thats the reason

      Enable texture override in DSFix.ini.
