Made the mod for myself. Trying to get a hang with gamepad (mostly just because) I got increasingly annoyed with unusefulness of button tooltips. This mod replaces button tooltips with the ones for Logitech Dual Action gamepad (the one with numbers on buttons).
It works for me, maybe it will be useful for someone else.
To use the mod just drop the png file into your Dark Souls DATA\dsfix\tex_override folder, and replace file if there already is a button tooltip replacer. Don't forget to make a backup for a previous file just in case!
