This will make it so that when you beat the game and the credit's start rolling the theme song from the 1997 anime "Berserk" will start playing instead of the original music.

Unzip the downloaded file and drag frpg_goodending.wmv to C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA\movWW and replace the original.
