good news everyone, i have just fixed the buff glitch. now the weapon should follow the buff position and size of the original weapon that is replaced. latest version are now available. note : apparently all i need to do is just put a bone and reposition it to match the hands. new project coming soon.
Holy s#*!! loving this weapon man. now this is a mod right here i think everyone should get i know i have. and i do hope someday there will be patched on the partials going missing
thank you for the nice word, even though its not perfect, im glad you liked it. if you want some more you can request, as of now im working on the dragonslayer greataxe to replace the dragon king great axe.
sadly i wouldnt be able to rip the texture from demon souls since its on playstation, but i can still texture it with my horrible texturing skill. so i'll try.
Hello, and thank you for the mention. To fix the dodgy hitboxes, do the following: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzpX7ASUOzE
If no initial halberd's hitbox stays intact after insertion, try starting the process with a different type of weapon (but with similar hitbox of course). For example: a spear or the Zweihänder.
Edit: I checked out this buff glitch you mentioned. I have no idea what causes this, but it seems to be only happening with your model, no matter which weapon I replace it with. It still happens despite the hitbox fix. What 3D modelling program did you use to create this?
Btw, making a video of your weapon in action is a good way to show modders how the weapon feels in-game. To show you what I mean, I've made a vid featuring your weapon as a halberd and a spear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGFazyXTIxU
thank you, for helping. i use blender to make the model, but somehow when i imported the model the texture looks weird, so i exported the dae again with noesis. actually im working on a video called the nameless king journey on lordran, where the nameless king beat all bosses in there, still working on it though. oh you wouldnt mind if i use your video in the page, would you?
oh and yeah about the weapon buff, i think its because i didnt add in any bone to the model, and the buff actually follows the bone maybe. but i dont know if this is right but i dont know what bone name should i insert.
