There is a how to use in the bottom underneath the video.
Inspired by user McJ0hns0n and his mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls/mods/1214/?) I decided to try making a Cheat Engine version of custom starting classes.
These are the custom classes I made. They were made starting at SL1 with 9 in all stats and adjusted from that point.
Peasant
Noble
Vulture
Exile
Paladin
Royal
Initiate
Pyromaniac
Priest
Prisoner

1) Download and install Cheat Engine - http://www.cheatengine.org/downloads.php (it has some advertisement install stuff in it, make sure you only
install Cheat Engine itself and not the other crap)
2) Download the cheat table for Cheat Engine from here or my video description
3) Start up Dark Souls
4) Open up the cheat table using Cheat Engine
5) Follow the instructions provided in the cheat table. They will let you know when to activate the script that changes the classes.
6) Good to go! Hit New Game and have fun.
