      As this project is almost 6 years old now, I cannot guarantee anything...
      
      Nevertheless it worked the last time I tested it, a few months ago: where exactly are you stuck?

   When I run this my game (in game) always reverts back to 1080p Window mode instead of 1440p Full screen, is this normal?

   Jeah hey , i mean im maybe stupid or something but it doesnt works for me , I have the Prepare to Die edition , is that maybe the problem ?

      Well, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (steam) is expected and required to use this project.
      So if you have it, it should be okay.
      
      Please give me more details : When does the error occur ? What is you setup ? (OS, drive you use to install steam games, ...)

      Hum yes good idea. But I recently looked about it and it seemed to me that the mod doesn't work anymore.
      Could you give a link to a functional version ?

      This is were it came from,but i don't know if it would work in steamworks too.

      Unfortunately there isn't any chance to run this, since it's a version for the GFWL release. A newer version probably exists, it just needs to be found ..
