Hello! Ultimate Graphics Overhaul is a lightweight ReShade preset running on version 5.9.2 (latest release as of December 2023) it will completely overhaul your game and modify the color palette (a much darker and vibrant Constantine-like vibe) as well as improve the overall lighting by adding HDR and Bloom. In total there are 7 active filters for this preset that add motion blur, sharpness, contrast and more. If you are having performance issues, I would disable the "Monocular_Cues" filter first, then "Motion Blur" this will likely drastically improve the fps however it will slightly soften the overall image and detailing.



HOW TO INSTALL RESHADE:
Click here to download (v5.9.2)

Once downloaded, run the program and locate your Darksiders1.exe
(Right click on the game in your library > manage > browse local files)

After locating your game.exe click next and install all available packs, when those finish installing go back into your main game folder (same folder you found the .exe in) and drag and drop my ReShade preset in. This is ALL you need to do, you do not need to drag and drop any additional files or folders.
Start the game and open the ReShade menu with the HOME key, you can toggle the preset on and off as well using the PAGE UP key and that's it! This preset should have a very small impact on game performance, I only lost ~10~ or so fps however I am playing it at native 4K on ultra so the average user should see minimal performance losses.
