My reshade preset, looks good (in my opinion) 90% of the time maybe.

The addon version is not required.
Preset was created in attempt to recreate the ACES hdr tonemap found in vort_hdr.
Tint and colorfulness are the main components of the preset.
Tint/Sepia was used to readjust the colors and remove the green tint.
Colorfulness was used simply to desaturate the image.
The desaturation is honestly very minimal but if you'd like more color turn it off or adjust to your liking.
Aside from these 2 there's: immerse's_smaa, FGFXLargeScalePerceptualObscuranceIrradiance, NeoBloom, and Vignette.
HOW TO INSTALL:
Fine print: If you happen to notice in my images that NeoBloom isn't effecting my ui/hud or that some extra ambient occlusion (marty's/immerse's_mxao) in there, I was playing around with REST (Reshade Effect Shader Toggler) which is used for exactly what you're noticing and managed to get it to work for me, I wanted to include that config with my preset but apparently it only works when working with the same resolution. I played at 3440x1440p so I GUESS it doesn't work with anything else otherwise, I tried to fix it but nothing worked in the end. It is what it is...

- Download Reshade from the bottom of https://reshade.me/, the addon version isn't necessary.
- Download my preset from the Files section of this mod page.
Open this file and drag JustMyDarksidersII into the same folder as the ReShade_Setup file you downloaded in Step 1. - Now you want to:
Start the ReShade_Setup program,
Choose "Darksiders2 (Darksiders2.exe)", NEXT
And Select DirectX 9. - At the bottom of the "Select effects to install:" page click "Browse..." and you should immediately see the JustMyDarksidersII
among the immediate selections if you had placed it in the same folder as the Reshade program. - And finally after having selected it, press Next at the bottom of the "Select effects to install:" page, Reshade will have
automatically chosen and downloaded everything needed for the preset, press Finish and you're good to go!
