This mod improves the colors, shadows and sharpness of the game, making it look with the true HDR colors.
Installation:
1.- Download reshade from https://reshade.me/
2.- Install reshade:
a.-Select Darksiders2.exe in the game location
b.-Select Direct3D 9
c.-Select "yes" to download effects collections
d.-Once installed, close window.
3.-Copy "Dark siders 2.ini" and "ReShade.ini" to the game folder
4.-Copy "lut.png" to the game folder/reshade-shaders/Textures/
5.-Done, now you can play
Optionally you can activate MXAO if your graphics card resists it.
The api of the game is Direct3D 9, so the best option is to choose Direct3D 9 when installing reshade. Choosing Direct3D 10 does not make the game go faster!
It's just for compatibility, that's all.
