Installation
Extract the file folders into C:\Program Files\Epic Games\DarkestDungeonII\Darkest Dungeon II_Data\StreamingAssets\Excel and extract the iron_crown.pot file into ..\StreamingAssets\Localization\Poedit. Make sure to save the backup folder somewhere safe. To revert the mod, move the backup folder's contents into the StreamingAssets\Excel folder and delete any files that are identified with "_MOD".

Description
Hellion gains the following changes:
  • Winded tokens reduce Bleed infliction chance by 20% per token.
    (This is done to discourage the exploit of ignoring Winded's damage penalty in favor of stacking Bleed.)
  • Passing now clears Winded.
    (To compensate for removing the Winded clear from Toe to Toe.)
  • Toe to Toe: Launch ranks changed to 2/3 (from 1/2). Basic now provides pull 1, mastered pull 2 + immobilize target. Mastered no longer clears Winded or generates an additional Taunt token.
    (It never felt right to me that you could attack and clear Winded at the same time, and I think the ease of doing so contributed a lot to Howling End being overpowered. The other changes are hopefully enough to make up for it.)
  • Bloodlust: Provides a 1 Bleed On Hit buff. Now provides an additional +5% CRIT vs. bleeding (+10% mastered).
    (Bloodlust gets lots of complaints calling for a buff. I felt bleed on hit would help, since it gives more opportunities to apply the damage boost and gives some synergy with the oft-maligned Breakthrough.)
  • If It Bleeds: Now usable from rank 1. Damage increased to 3-6 / 4-7 (on par with Incision).
    (Based on the most common complaints I saw in the Darkest Dungeon Discord server.)
  • Bleed Out: Gains +2 Bleed on combo instead of piercing 30% Bleed resist on combo.
    (For a skill that costs a Winded token, I felt Bleed Out deserved a little more oomph to cement it as the premier bleeding skill.)
  • Breakthrough: Now gives forward 3. Ignores and removes all Block tokens. Damage increased to 2-4 / 4-5 (on par with Grapeshot Blast).
    (Based on the most common complaints I saw in the Darkest Dungeon Discord server. I feel this is also fitting with its name. I hope the forward 3 doesn't make it step on Toe to Toe's toes; tell me how that works out for you.)
  • Howling End: Damage reduced to 3-6 / 6-9, but now ignores Death's Door completely.
    (This is the biggest change, which I feel addresses the problems of Howling End's game-breaking damage while still giving it a use distinct from Wicked Hack in a way that's thematically fitting. It's no longer a fantastic opener, but it's a very effective finisher. Hopefully I haven't traded one form of game-breaker for another.)

The localization edit is necessary to accurately update the Winded and Bleed Out tooltips.

The Winded clear on pass effect is displayed for all characters, not just Hellion. Since no one else uses Winded tokens this has no tangible effect, but it could be a little confusing. I'm not sure how one would change this, as the data for the pass skill is universal rather than specific to individual actors.

Compatibility
Incompatible with anything that modifies pass data, Hellion's data files, or the hellion_winded.DataExternalBuffs.csv file. I don't recommend anything that messes with the bleed DoT files either.
