A small rebalance for plague doctors Battlefield Medicine ability once upgraded at the Inn.

Changes To level 2 of Battlefield Medicine:
Removed Use conditions (Can be used whenever)
Increased number of uses from 3 to 4
Instead of healing a percentage of health, Battlefield Medicine will now heal a flat 11 health upon use
Added 1 Stress heal

File includes original game files incase you want to revert the changes
Incase you want a slightly weaker version, there is a version available without the added stress heal
(NOTE: This mod was developed on a MUCH older version of the game and thus may not work as intended. There are no plans to update this mod, however others are free to do so. This mod is also incompatible with mods that change the same files.)
