This mod aims to add Antiquarian from the original Darkest Dungeon as a full, never before done playable hero in the crossroads.

WARNING: Possibly not compatible with other mods that add heros, with the exception of perm bh
To install download the required mod plug in that will show when you download in files and drag the Antiquarian file into the mod folder. To access all extra heros use mouse scroll wheel at the crossroads.
Update 1.1.0:
1) Added all custom hero trinkets their respective icons
2) Various balance changes, ex: Candle of Life crit chance is now 50%, Wanderer festering vapors crit and damage lowered, scholar debuffs moves BUFFED heavily (festering and flash), and more!
3) many QOL changes to descriptions
4) Various other things that have been changed to improve her
What to expect in the next updates:
1) 1.2.0 Antiquarians moves being separate from mini boss antiquarian + updated barks on recent update
2) 1.3.0 After that update will be her custom inn item (let me know ideas on what you would like to see!) (i dont think increased relics/baubles is possible tho sorry)
The Playable Hero Antiquarian Mod adds the Antiquarian from the original darkest dungeon as a, of course, playable hero
Head canon lore behind this mod: After the events of the first game the Antiquarian leaves the heroes to seek new prospects and riches. The Antiquarian, recently allied and even leading with the pillagers, now trying to reform from her past of pillaging and taking advantage of those weaker seeks out our heroes to aid them in their conquest to stop the re-emerging horrors of the original game. Haunted by her past she aids the heroes but not while fighting her regrets and holding onto old habits.

- Fully customized skill icons
- Fully customized hero portrait
- Fully customized hero barks for every single possible place where it is applicable
- Fully customized hero trinkets (custom Icons soon)
- Trinkets put into respective loot pools (Including a chance to receive from the antiquarian mini boss)
- Fully customized hero party names
- Customized buffs, effects, and conditions to expand on darkest dungeon 2's skill potential
- 4 fully customized paths (sadly separate downloads at the moment due to mod restrictions)
4 Paths Include:
- Wanderer: Base path focused on a little bit of everything including healing, buffing, and supporting heroes while being able to dish out her own unique attacks
- Scholar: Path based on de-buffing and applying combo to the enemy team through a variety of attacks while still being able to provide excellent AOE support to your team
- Selfless: Path that excels at buffing your team with powerful healing and token applications while also being able to reposition your team at the cost of strong damage output and variety
- Esurient: Path that is a force to be reckoned with. This path specializes in damage using and abusing your teammates in order to fulfill her conditions via. combo tokens at the cost of losing her team support and specializing self sustaining support.
What to expect in future updates:
- Fully customized hero inn item
- Fully customized trinket icons
- Re-balancing of paths based on community feedback
- Fixing Antiquarian mini-boss having the same moves as the path you downloaded (most likely first update and soon)
- And whatever else comes up!

Known Bugs/Issues (mostly due to only having access to unofficial mod support)
- Can select Antiquarian's confession at the act 5 final boss but bugs out the boss making him spam one move and Antiquarian having no one to kill
- No image can be put in for resistance battles and any other interactable team choice and is instead just a large white box :(
- At inns Antiquarian stands up and acts in her idle combat stance
- When relationships show up, she is in her idle combat stance
- When meltdowns/resolute occurs there is no image for her
