Changes the Inspiring Tune of the Jester so you can use it at any moment no matter the Stress Threshold of the Hero you use it.

Makes the Jester the best Stress Healer instead of just a little better stress healer than the other heroes.
Like the names says you are no longer limited by the Stress Threshold of a hero but the skill still has the cooldown of 1 round.
The installation is also really simple you just need to put the Excel file into the DDIIExperimental\Darkest Dungeon II_Data\StreamingAssets\Excel folder and that`s it, replace the file when asked, also every time the game updates you need to copy the file again.
I will recomend you to save a back up of the hero_jes_data_export.Group.csv file just in case.
Now tested for the 1.0 release, so it is 100% functional. I only tested it in the Epic version but unless they change how the y have the files in the Steam version, it should also work.
