Changes the Quest Selection icon colors to be a little more distinctive between difficulty levels. (Apprentice/Veteran/Champion) This should make it easier for (some) colorblind folk to see what the quest difficulty level is at a glance.

I tried to keep the changes minimal, so it probably won't work for everyone, but it works for me! (Minor Deuteranomalous/Red-Green blindness.)
This is for the base game only, though I don't expect any problems with the expansions or other mods.
