Not by altering the HP buff. That's at max already. You need to add another buff to HP but that uses different formatting. You can stack these trinkets. You are OP with 3 and if using the 5 trinkets mod the game becomes trivial with this trinket.
This is nice. You can also change other items in the .json if you are careful of the formatting. You can remove negative debuffs but remember there is no comma [ , ] on the last buff/debuff. I believe 6 buffs/debuffs are all you can have but I haven't tested THAT. **EDIT It appears you can have 8 buffs but they must be different/no duplication allowed. You can have two different CRIT buffs (etc.) but they must have different formatting, way different. It's not just a change in value (B3 from B1), you must use a formatting you find on other trinkets that's completely different.
