Install by dropping the files in the according skin folder (from B to D), the generic sprites will be replaced by new ones. If you're not satisfied with the result, you can get the original sprites from heroname_A and copypaste them into B-D folders.
Even though Flagellant does have the "heroic" sprites, I didn't change them because you're not gonna see them in the game anyway as he always rolls an affliction.
