Recoloured the portrait_roster.png borders for the default skins.

This took longer to do than I though, It was monotonous but I've done it and I've finally decided to upload it. It's just as the title says, I've recoloured the border for the default skins. This will make the the roster selection screen much less boring looking.

Installation:
1) Move into darkest dungeon folder.
