Massive compatibility update; just about any trinket mod should work with this now, as well as PBD, but this mod obviously isn’t
balanced around other mods. When using this with any mod that edits vanilla
trinkets, give the other mod priority; this mod currently only touches 3 vanilla commons.
All Set trinkets are now Very Rare in order to have compatibility with loot mods, PBD, and quest mods. They still give set bonuses,
they’re just found in the Very Rare section now.

A Reminder: DMG penalty from 15% to 10%, CRT penalty from 3%to 2%
Love Letter: MAX HP bonus from 15% to 20%, HP thresholds for penalties from 33% to 40%
Hidden Blade: Riposte DMG bonus from 20% to 15%, Riposte CRT bonus from 2% to 3%, MAX HP penalty from 10% to 15%
Needle: CRT bonus from 3% to 2%, Ranged DMG penalty from 20% to 25%
