Despite having extra colors for the Man at Arms character, the portrait shows very little of the armor, so the portraits have little variation. I decided to try and make a bald Man at Arms for variety - and think I succeeded. Place the included folder in your Windows > Program Files (x86) > Steam > SteamApps > common > DarkestDungeon > heroes > man_at_arms folder If you wish this as a replacement rather than an additional color, change the designation "M" to A, B, C or D
If you already have additional colors, make sure that none are named "M" prior to moving this folder. You may change it to any unused letter.
Please let me know if you experience problems, especially the white boxes or halos (I think I got them all).
I plan to do additional skin tones/armor colors and beard colors. Current model used the Armor from default version A.
