If you want your characters to have even more quirks and be even more unique, this mod allows all characters to have a total of 10 positive and negative quirks.
Removing the mod will not cause any problems with your save, only the first 5 positive and negative quirks will be kept on your characters.
It has compatibility with any UI mod.
The mod has been tested and will probably not find any bugs.
Make sure this is the only active mod that uses the rules.json file.
