I saw the Rat Courtier mod while browsing through in here and was very very saddened to see that it was not actually downloadable. I was excited for a moment there. So I made it myself, legit now. Please, enjoy this delightful little rat. A simple skin mod, just copy & replace the anim folder in monsters/skeleton_courtier to install.
