About this mod
I made it so that the cost of the Mill district building requires no memories, making it free. You do need Color of Madness dlc tho.

The hunger checks can be bafflingly rediculous: many times I fed my heroes as a form of emergency healing, unaware of the dreadful check the next tile, so when the check hit the only thing I could do was to see my favorite heroes suffer. Or when the hallways were layed out in a continous line, forcing checks on me, burning through my ration leaving nothing for the camping session. I wanted this to end.
The internet doesn't seem to have what I seek, and the only no hunger check mod out there doesn't work anymore, plus it modifies the game's dungeon generating algorythm.
Then I remembered that the Mill have what I seek, but I don't want to suffer that grindfest and I don't want to dive into COM dlc yet. So I dug into the files and made a workaround. I have made it so that the Mill is free.
Don't forget you need Color of Madness dlc.
How to install:
1. Go to your DD installation folder and then \dlc\735730_color_of_madness\campaign\town\districts.
2. Make a backup of the original color_of_madness.districts.json.
3. Open the downloaded file then replace the original json with the downloaded json.
4. Start the game and grab the Mill.
5. It is done.
