Adds the Crimson Court enemies to the Farmstead Endless Harvest.

Enemies from the Courtyard did not make it to the Farmstead endless mode, so I decided it's about time I add them.
Adds the following monsters to the Farmstead Endless Harvest:
- Chevalier
- Esquire
- Courtesan
- Sycophant
- Supplicant
- Gatekeeper
- Manservant
- The Fanatic (as a boss)
Combine it with my Snakes in the Farmstead mod for the ultimate challenge!
NOTE: This mod can be applied even in the middle of a Farmstead run! you don't need to leave and re-enter the Farmstead for it to work!
All other endless mode enemy encounters remain unchanged and are unaffected by this mod.
Requires both Crimson Court and Color of Madness
