Description Always provides a stress heal when a hero kills an enemy, as opposed to only 50% of the time in vanilla. To compensate, the stress heal is reduced from 3 to 2. This will result in more stress healing on average, but I think stress is way too frequent in vanilla anyway, so I don't care.
