Updated the german language to the latest game version

Updated the german language to the latest game version. (it was not complete and missed some things and war cries, too)
You need the main mod file.
Install:
Extract everything to your \DarkestDungeon\ directory and overwrite if prompted.
N O T E S
Due the new loc system, current savegames would not work if files put into mods\modsname\loc folder. Extensions changed from *.loc to *.loc2.
