Very interesting. I was wondering whether the Abomination or the Leper would ever get a female reskin (and no, I am aware of That Female Leper Skin but it's unfinished, abandoned, and frankly pornographic). The Flagellant would be fairly easy to do as well (starting by transforming his hood into a mass of tangled dark hair and working out from there).
This is refreshingly different from the bird based partial female abomination artwork out there so thumbs up. I'll look forwards to seeing her in game if she ever gets released.
