WHAT THIS MOD DOES AND WHY:
- I made this mod because somebody asked basically. The other mod that was believed to accomplish this same goal appeared to not effect the delay that occurs when you switch what hand you character is using, that being the main function of dual wielding in vanilla Daggerfall. So that's why this exists, it gives the primary function of removing the delay that occurs normally when changing what weapon you are currently using, including the lesser delay that occurs when you swap hands while dual wielding 1-handed weapons. But it's also fully customizable so you can set whatever delay (within the provided ranges) for whatever vanilla weapon type you want. Which also comes with some presets for ease of use if using something other than the default settings.
OPTIONS:
--- Equip Delay Settings:
- Weapon Name: The settings are all the 18 vanilla weapon types in the game, each one you can change from 0-100. 0 meaning no delay at all, 100 meaning approximately 10 seconds of delay when swapping to and from that particular weapon type. Change the values as you wish for whatever weapons you want.

COMPATIBILITY:
This mod should be compatible with any other mods out there, unless they also happen to change these weapon delay values (unlikely.)
INSTALLATION:
Unzip and open the folder that matches your operating system (Windows/OSX/Linux)
Copy the "instantweaponswapping.dfmod" into your DaggerfallUnity_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods folder
Make sure the mod is enabled and "Mod system" is enabled in the starting menu under "Advanced -> Enhancements"
UNINSTALL:
Remove "instantweaponswapping.dfmod" from the "StreamingAssets/Mods" folder.
