It's just a PNG that replaces the first nord face PNG to Todd Howard that I edited and polished a bit to fit in daggerfall a bit more. No idea how to mod, I just threw this together and tested it, and it just works...
I installed the RAR through Vortex, and it worked for me, Don't know if you can download it from nexus and have it working through vortex but should probably work
