      Another one to maybe consider:
      POORHOME.txt
line 10: The grass here is very neatly mowed.

It sounds a bit too technologically advanced for me. Maybe use cut (or trimmed) instead?

The grass here is very neatly cut.

I just stumbled on this one by accident. I do not know if there are other entries that might sound a bit out of time.

May I ask what is your graphic setting? I would love to play like that but my retro mode looks nothing like yours!

Sorry for the late reply, I've been very out of the loop when i comes to Daggerfall. I have my retro rendering mode set to 320x200 with Full palettization. I also have mipmapping enabled to reduce shimmering due to the low resolution (i think it has to be enabled from the .ini settings file).
      I also use:
      -Enhanced sky
-Improved interior lighting (it affects player torch color, that's why the torch light in my screenshots looks a warmer orange color than in the vanilla game)
      -Vanilla Normal Mapped

Huh, I don't think this is working properly with DF 1.11.1, unless I'm just having a strange bug.  They aren't triggering for me at all... but warm ashes isn't triggering either, so maybe 1.11.1 changed stuff about quests?

Hello! I haven't played daggerfall in a while so I'm still using 0.11.0, but apparently 0.11.1 had some problems that made location quest triggers stop working appropriately, which caused some problems with this, Warm Ashes, the FG quest in R&R, and pretty much any mod that used the quest system to detect when you're at a certain location.
Afaik it should be fixed in 0.11.2, which is out today.

Thank you so much for the reply!  This has been driving me crazy!  Hopefully, they also fix the issues involving quest NPCs and quest mods, where interacting with them is impossible.

Love this mod.  It adds depth in a way fully consistent with the vision for vanilla Daggerfall.  If I didn't know better, I'd think these were part of the vanilla game.

    Great mod for immersion!
This reminds me, on the forums someone tried to port in-town messages when visiting certain places from Arena, any idea what happened to that?

I tried to start it mid-playthrough and it wasn't found.
    Looking at..

    QUESTLIST-Descriptions.txt:

schema: *name, group, membership, minReq, flag, notes
    MQ, InitAtGameStart, M, 0, 0,

    -----------------------------------------

    "MQ" just doesn't seem right...

Oh s#*!, yeah. I mixed it up with the questlist from one of my other mods. It should say TDD. I'll fix it rn

      I figured it out!
It doesn't care about the MQ in there like i mentioned, but it doesn't hurt to fix that!

      it's a linux problem.
      i covered it here

Nice idea! Could benefit from a spellcheck however, "alcochol" mentioned on one of the images.
