Safe to use
This allows you to adjust your view height from 80% to 110% of the normal view, letting you choose how tall you want to be in the world. Short or tall, it's your choice for your character. This only adjusts the view, collision is still the same for every character.
Default view height 100% is fairly tall if going by the door and window height, and I found setting to around low to mid 90% fits better in-game as an average height. 110% is very tall, and 80% gives the same height as some of the shorter NPCs. Be advised that the tallest setting (and default setting of 100%) can cause your view to poke through ceilings in some spots and while climbing.
This should be compatible with most other mods, as this only adjusts the view higher or lower when the setting is changed.
