Air Kerenzikov With Only Air Dash Perks - No AR and SMG Perks Needed

The Air Kerenzikov perk can be bought once Aerial Combat is bought, it no longer requires the Gundancer perk. This allows using Air Kerenzikov with pistols, tech weapons, smart guns, precision weapons and sniper rifles without having to buy a large number of AR/SMG-only perks. The Dash/Air Dash perk tree is still required to unlock the perk.
